Obama Hurt Deeds in Virginia

Shhh — Don’t Tell Anyone
Concern about his policies overreaching permeated to a gubernatorial campaign and helped widen the size of McDonnell’s win. It allowed the campaign to focus on issues that hadn’t been working in recent years for Republican candidates. Concern about Obama’s policies on spending, taxes, and jobs allowed McDonnell to thoroughly dominate those issues. The checks and balances message is a key one, but the bigger lesson about Obama’s impact on Virginia is that his policies have put fiscal and economic messages back into play for Republicans.

Mark Warner has "bad-poll-number virus"

Senator Mark Warner has the " Flu" and won't be attending any of Deeds events this weekend

Unions starting to Pollute Virginia

Novatownhall has the scoop and the links...

Unhinged Chuck Caputo thugs and their children Harass Jim LeMunyon

Not that Jim didn't handle himself with poise and class, but what kind of degenerate politician has their supporters show up to harass their opponent? What kind of parent has their teenager engage in such a disrespectful display? I wonder if the teen in the report was one of the teens in the illegal and unethical photo taken at Chantilly HS.

The examiner reports

the most contentious point of the evening came from two Caputo supporters who berated Jim LeMunyon on his social stances. One gentleman had to be asked by the moderators to refrain from his increasingly hostile and incomprehensible line of questioning after accosting Mr. LeMunyon for not supporting abortion or his wishes to marry another man. Mr. LeMunyon tried to calmly state his position but was continually interrupted by the irate man.

After an almost identical question from a teenager in the audience Mr. LeMunyon explained,"I think it's important that the government leave people alone, to get back to the idea of limited government. There are going to be those cases when government needs to interact and intersect with those positions. My positions are very clear on that and I understand that people disagree on those things."

When the teenager continued to press for a different answer Mr. LeMunyon said, "I respect your point of view and we will have to agree to disagree."

A Chuck Caputo supporter then proceeded to yell out an expletive not suitable for print.
Mr. LeMunyon bravely held his own and responded, "I’m proud of my pro-life stance."

The attacks on Mr. LeMunyon seemed too rehearsed to be by chance. In a recent television ad, Mr. LeMunyon berates Del. Caputo for going on vacation instead of attending a special legislative session on transportation in 2008, missing 39 votes. In that ad he shows a picture of his opponent wearing a festive Hawaiian lei. In a supposed sign of solidarity for missing those votes, about 15 Caputo supporters wore lei’s to the forum. Those supporters were at the center of the agitation for Mr. LeMunyon and the GOP candidates.

Chuck Caputo is the kind of man who has his supporters harass his opponent at a meeting, he is the kind of man who uses the families of murder victims in his ads to mislead voters, He is the kind of man who uses our children and public schools while breaking FCPS regulations and Finance Laws........ Vote for Jim LeMunyon, we need someone with integrity representing us.

Virginia GOP Poised for Big Comeback

Doug Mataconis over at PJmedia
While Deeds was busy talking about the thesis, McDonnell was doing what he’d been doing since he began his campaign. He was talking about the issues that have been at the forefront of Virginia politics for years: the economy, transportation, and the state budget. Republicans had not connected with voters on these issues in the past, and that was one of the reasons that they’d suffered defeat in four consecutive years. By contrast, Creigh Deeds seemed to be unable to come up with proposals that consisted of anything other than generalities. Independent groups criticized Deeds for not having a coherent transportation plan as late as September, and voters clearly noticed.

McDonnell addressed voters concerns while Deeds insulted their intelligence.

REPUBLICAN LANDSLIDE EXPECTED IN VIRGINIA

KEEP VIRGINIA RED! VOTE!

Bob McDonnell +17
Bill Bolling +14
Ken Cuccinelli +16

Not even ACORN and SEIU can help the democrats in Virginia

CHUCK CAPUTO STOOPS TO NEW POLITICAL LOW

More Greasy Dirty Fingers of the "CHICAGO WAY Democrat Party" all over another Chuck Caputo Ad.
This ad has the picture of a father holding a photo of his daughter who was a victim of the Virginia Tech Shooting.

It says "Chuck Caputo is making sure such a tragedy never happens again."

There they go insulting our intelligence again!
How is Chuck Caputo going to do that with a part time job as a delegate?

It says in the ad that Chuck will 'ADVOCATE FOR COMMON SENSE GUN LAWS" Good Grief! Does anyone in Fairfax County believe that gun laws stop gun crime? We live a stones throw from DC where they have strict gun laws and thousands of gun murders a year . Same with Chicago!

In order to produce this flyer, Chuck Caputo's people had to contact a grieving Father months ago and ask his permission to USE the MURDER of his daughter for Chucks Political Gain. What kind of despicable person even comes up with such an idea let alone implements and approves it?!

Wrap those facts around your brain and then ask yourself if you want a man like that representing you.
Chuck Caputo has stooped to a new low in local Virginia politics. He's a disgrace

SEND CHUCK CAPUTO HOME

Chuck Caputo is Another Democrat who Thinks Voters are Stupid

What is it with the dems insulting the American people's intelligence every time there is an election or a Bill they want to pass? They lie, mislead and go so far off the grid that you wonder if they are really that stupid or is it they think that "We the People" are that stupid. Just because Obama was elected doesn't mean "We the People" are stupid. It just means that too many of us weren't paying close enough attention.

Yesterday I got a mailer from Chuck Caputo, on the front was a picture of a white, blond, little girl with bruises on her face. The heading said " JIM LEMUNYON WOULD ALLOW HER ABUSER TO BUY A GUN"
It goes on to explain that Federal Law prohibits convicted abusers but leaps to the conclusion that Jim LeMunyon wants abusers to have guns because he says the Federal Law is enough.

This ad not only is a ridiculous LIE and disgraceful display of desperation it insults the intelligence of the Voters in Virginia. Anyone who believes this ad should not be allowed to vote. And any politician who approved such a ad should be thrown out of office. This add has the corrupt, greasy fingerprints of the "CHICAGO WAY Democrat Party" all over it.

In previous posts, I said Chuck Caputo was a nice guy but the wrong guy. After yesterdays ad I no longer believe that. Chuck Caputo is just another lying politician who will say and do anything to keep his job and has no problem insulting your intelligence in order to do it. Teach Chuck Caputo and all politicians that the way to keep their job is not by lying, misleading and cheating but by doing what is best for all the voters not just his UNION bosses.

McDonnell Leads by 11 POINTS!

MANDATE

The Post does it's best to defend Obama and make this kind of crushing defeat not about the President, but this kind of reality is difficult to deflect. Of course Virginia is a mandate on Obama and the Democrats performance. If Deeds was behind by less than 5 or tied, you could blame the loss on Deeds, BUT this election looks like it will be a crushing defeat, and that you can lay at Obama's clay feet.

McDonnell holds double-digit advantages when it comes to dealing with the economy (plus 17 percentage points), transportation (16 points), taxes (25 points) and has overtaken Deeds as the one more trusted to handle issues of special concern to women (7 points). On taxes, which has been a focal point of the campaign in recent weeks, McDonnell has stretched his lead significantly, and now holds a better than 2 to 1 lead over Deeds among independent voters.

KEN CUCCINELLI , CAP AND TRADE WILL HURT VIRGINIA

Read it in it's entirety over at RedState

As Attorney General, I will use the tools of the office, including the 10th Amendment, to oppose “Ration and Tax” and to preserve the opportunity for Virginians to have the energy they need to be successful in today’s difficult economy.

Chuck Caputo's not a bad guy, He's just another Tax and Spend Liberal

When he bothers to vote, Chuck votes with his tax and spend liberal buddies. He even had the nerve to vote to for illegal aliens to pay IN STATE college tuition!
How would you feel if your son or daughter was turned away from attending the college of their choice because someone who was here illegally got their spot!!! Even the House Democrat Leader voted NO, but Chuck Caputo voted yes.

Send Jim LeMunyon to Richmond.. Stop Tax and Spend Liberals from turning Virginia into another High Tax, High Unemployment state like New York & California!

Obama throws Deeds Under the Bus

Obama has his anonymous "soldiers" blame Deeds for not following Obama's campaign direction.
WaPo covers for their messiah again

According to Obama's "soldiers" Deeds isn't behind in the polls because Obama's approval numbers are tanking, he's behind because he didn't listen to Obama! What Crud! Deeds campaign was a very negative, very "Alinsky"" ACORN" type campiagn, the only card he didn't throw at McDonell was the race card. I hope the GOP will be watching the polling places very carefully for Union and ACORN workers on election day and they better check everyones ID very carefully.

we wouldn't want anyone from MARYLAND voting in Virginia

Deeds Blames Obama for his sinking numbers

Has Deedles been thrown under Obama's bus?
“Frankly, a lot of what’s going on in Washington has made it very tough, We had a very tough August because people were just uncomfortable with the spending; they were uncomfortable with a lot of what was going on, a lot of the noise that was coming out of Washington, D.C.”
And despite his deficit in the polls, Deeds indicated that he wasn’t interested in any further debates.
