Not that Jim didn't handle himself with poise and class, but what kind of degenerate politician has their supporters show up to harass their opponent? What kind of parent has their teenager engage in such a disrespectful display? I wonder if the teen in the report was one of the teens in the illegal and unethical photo taken at Chantilly HS.
The examiner reports
the most contentious point of the evening came from two Caputo supporters who berated Jim LeMunyon on his social stances. One gentleman had to be asked by the moderators to refrain from his increasingly hostile and incomprehensible line of questioning after accosting Mr. LeMunyon for not supporting abortion or his wishes to marry another man. Mr. LeMunyon tried to calmly state his position but was continually interrupted by the irate man.
After an almost identical question from a teenager in the audience Mr. LeMunyon explained,"I think it's important that the government leave people alone, to get back to the idea of limited government. There are going to be those cases when government needs to interact and intersect with those positions. My positions are very clear on that and I understand that people disagree on those things."
When the teenager continued to press for a different answer Mr. LeMunyon said, "I respect your point of view and we will have to agree to disagree."
A Chuck Caputo supporter then proceeded to yell out an expletive not suitable for print.
Mr. LeMunyon bravely held his own and responded, "I’m proud of my pro-life stance."
The attacks on Mr. LeMunyon seemed too rehearsed to be by chance. In a recent television ad, Mr. LeMunyon berates Del. Caputo for going on vacation instead of attending a special legislative session on transportation in 2008, missing 39 votes. In that ad he shows a picture of his opponent wearing a festive Hawaiian lei. In a supposed sign of solidarity for missing those votes, about 15 Caputo supporters wore lei’s to the forum. Those supporters were at the center of the agitation for Mr. LeMunyon and the GOP candidates.
Chuck Caputo is the kind of man who has his supporters harass his opponent at a meeting, he is the kind of man who uses the families of murder victims in his ads to mislead voters, He is the kind of man who uses our children and public schools while breaking FCPS regulations and Finance Laws........ Vote for Jim LeMunyon, we need someone with integrity representing us.

Caputo 's Campaign treasurer is PTSA President at Chantilly High School
Shouldn't the parents of Chantilly been told that the PTSA President was so involved with a democratic candidate for office?
Caputo's campaign took pictures inside Chantilly High School using Chantilly Students which is against FCPS regulations and also possibly breaks Virginia campaign Finance Law.

Chantilly—A recent campaign mailer issued by Delegate Chuck Caputo criticizing Republican challenger Jim LeMunyon includes a picture of a classroom packed with out-of-control students. It has been determined conclusively that the classroom is located at Chantilly High School, and that the photo was clearly staged for campaign purposes. The picture includes numerous Chantilly High School students showing disrespect for school property, and a Caputo paid campaign staffer, who is not a CHS student, sitting on top of a tall cabinet.
“Virginia law clearly prohibits the use of tax dollars, directly or indirectly, to further the interests of a partisan political campaign. You don’t need to be a lawyer to know this,” said Tim Edson, LeMunyon for Delegate campaign manager. “In addition, Fairfax County Public School regulations clearly prohibit such activity. Mr. Caputo owes the taxpayers an apology for this abuse.”
“Jim LeMunyon has met privately with the Chantilly High School principal, Jim Kacur, on this matter. We are satisfied that Mr. Kacur is taking actions necessary to stop the Caputo campaign from continuing to use the photo to attack Jim LeMunyon during the remaining days of the campaign. We also understand that Mr. Kacur has launched an internal investigation at CHS to determine how this violation of school regulations occurred,” said Edson.
Caputo may also be in trouble with respect to Virginia’s campaign finance law, which requires that non-cash, “in-kind” contributions of value be reported by the campaign to the State Board of Elections along with cash contributions. Mr. Caputo’s finance reports make no reference to an in-kind contribution by Chantilly High School for use of the space for the photo shoot, nor any reference that the school was paid by the campaign to use the space.
By "coincidence", Mr. Caputo’s campaign treasurer,Ted Velkoff , is also the PTA president at Chantilly High School.
“After Election Day, we expect to refer this matter to Virginia’s next Attorney General for review,” said Edson. References to the relevant Fairfax County School regulations are available from the LeMunyon campaign.

Chuck Caputo is Another Democrat who Thinks Voters are Stupid
What is it with the dems insulting the American people's intelligence every time there is an election or a Bill they want to pass? They lie, mislead and go so far off the grid that you wonder if they are really that stupid or is it they think that "We the People" are that stupid. Just because Obama was elected doesn't mean "We the People" are stupid. It just means that too many of us weren't paying close enough attention.
Yesterday I got a mailer from Chuck Caputo, on the front was a picture of a white, blond, little girl with bruises on her face. The heading said " JIM LEMUNYON WOULD ALLOW HER ABUSER TO BUY A GUN"
It goes on to explain that Federal Law prohibits convicted abusers but leaps to the conclusion that Jim LeMunyon wants abusers to have guns because he says the Federal Law is enough.
This ad not only is a ridiculous LIE and disgraceful display of desperation it insults the intelligence of the Voters in Virginia. Anyone who believes this ad should not be allowed to vote. And any politician who approved such a ad should be thrown out of office. This add has the corrupt, greasy fingerprints of the "CHICAGO WAY Democrat Party" all over it.
In previous posts, I said Chuck Caputo was a nice guy but the wrong guy. After yesterdays ad I no longer believe that. Chuck Caputo is just another lying politician who will say and do anything to keep his job and has no problem insulting your intelligence in order to do it. Teach Chuck Caputo and all politicians that the way to keep their job is not by lying, misleading and cheating but by doing what is best for all the voters not just his UNION bosses.

Chuck Caputo's not a bad guy, He's just another Tax and Spend Liberal
When he bothers to vote, Chuck votes with his tax and spend liberal buddies. He even had the nerve to vote to for illegal aliens to pay IN STATE college tuition!
How would you feel if your son or daughter was turned away from attending the college of their choice because someone who was here illegally got their spot!!! Even the House Democrat Leader voted NO, but Chuck Caputo voted yes.
Send Jim LeMunyon to Richmond.. Stop Tax and Spend Liberals from turning Virginia into another High Tax, High Unemployment state like New York & California!

Chuck Caputo's Gets Desperate
Chuck Caputo's internal poll numbers must not be looking very good, he's lowered himself to deceiving voters....
In a mailer delivered to voters on October 17, 2009, Chuck Caputo asserted that a company Jim LeMunyon co-founded in 1996, Sterling Semiconductor, failed to pay taxes, was sued for not paying bills, and “went bankrupt.”
There is one important fact Chuck overlooked: Jim and other investors sold Sterling Semiconductor in May 2000. In part because of the tragedy of September 11, 2001, the NEW OWNERS ran into financial trouble in late 2001 and 2002. Incredibly, Chuck Caputo wants to blame Jim!
For as long as Jim LeMunyon had financial responsibility for Sterling Semiconductor, every bill was paid.
The story has a happy ending. Sterling Semiconductor was sold in 2003 to the Dow Corning Corporation, and has been doing business under the Dow Corning name ever since. Chuck Caputo ..".Virginia’s lawmakers need to “stare the NRA in the face and say we won’t allow guns in public places and we will close the gun-show loophole. We need to get the House of Delegates to change because we cannot continue to operate in the current environment.”
